Matsen Room

The Matsen Room is one of our most extensive 'single-room solution' projects to date. The room itself is set with seating for 250 people and features fully automated lighting and shade control. It is complete with “Room Mode,” a single button control option that allows users to set or adjust any room to any desired state for any type of meeting. This room also features a video conference setup that supports all the latest soft-codes services.

In this meeting room alone, we combined technologies from more than ten of our most valued brand partners, including devices from - Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Blackmagic, Da-Lite, Dukane, Sharp, Shure, Middle Atlantic, Luxul, and a few others.

The room is equipped with the following capabilities - Full Video Matrix System (any source to any of the four in-room displays), Two 8000 Lumens Laser Projectors, Custom Podium/Lectern by Sound-Craft, VOIP Audio Conferencing Services, Video Conferencing Services that Support all Soft-Codec Service Option, Three Ceiling-Mounted Full PTZ Production Quality Cameras & Video Recording System, Streaming Media Processor for Online Meeting Capabilities, Ability to Record Audio with Microphones that Cover the Entire Room, and Control Room in the Back for More Advanced Room Control Options.
